FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC I
TOWN OF GUILFORD
All applicants are required to submit with their application, the following documentation.
Copy of State of Connecticut EMT-P
card w/medical control authorization
within the State of Connecticut.
Copy of valid State of Connecticut Driver's License
Copy of State of Connecticut Firefighter I Certification
Documentation as current Interior Firefighter
Copy of High School Diploma or GED
Copy of State of Connecticut CPAT Certification (current w/in last two years).
All applicants are advised that the successful candidate(s) will be required to obtain medical control authorization with New Haven Sponsor Hospital Program within sixty (60) days of hire.
Job descriptions and applications are available from the Selectmen's Office, 31 Park Street, Guilford CT and must be returned to the First Selectman's Office no later than 4:30 p.m. on January 21, 2005. The Town is an AA/EOE.
