Well as the old saying goes “you cannot teach old dog new tricks.” As for the other one tell him hang in there, don’t let the dogs bring you down. But remember, when the dog sh!ts on the shoes you are wearing, grab him by the snout and stick his nose right back into it. That should alter any bad behavior, sometimes it takes drastic actions to change an undesirable behavior and get the dog(s) to respect you.

A long time ago I had a dream. I dreamt I was at an old military hospital that sort of resembled a firehouse. In the dream I did not want to be there but the building held a strange fascination for me. Once inside I was confronted by what appeared to be mental patients and the insane. They were just wandering around aimlessly and wearing these hospital gowns that showed their bare asses. Some where in straight jackets, some where sobering and had drool dripping from their lips. Some where hunched over in wheel chairs while others sat on the ground and was playing with the feces they had just deposited on the floor.

As I walked around in this dream (or nightmare) the people on staff who where there could have cared less about these nut jobs roaming around as they had there own agenda to attend too and paid these kooks no mind at all. Walking around this hospital/firehouse it was just like the place in the movie “Jacobs Ladder.” Finally I walked into what appeared to be the engine bay. In there was an old red fire truck, and yes a red truck! The truck was sort of like the old red GMC but had a nose on it like a ford. Anyway, the kooks were grabbing at me and wanted me to play on the fire truck and I didn’t want to because you should never play on or around a fire engine. Then they started climbing onto the truck and I was telling the goofs to get off that they couldn’t ride because they were nuts. They would not listen to me and I didn’t know what to do.

BBBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNGG GGGGGGGGG!!

Then my alarm clock went off.

As I awoke I realized that I needed to get up and go to work at the USNAFD. Was this a dream or was my subconscious telling me what I perceived this firehouse to be, nothing but a lunatic asylum?
