idiots at Saxonburg station 15

i was really amazed at Saxonburg yesterday. They Spent a million dollars on a brand new aerial truck.Now one thing i kbnow of, they don't have a single building in their ENTIRE response area that is over 3 stories high.Of course the 3 story building happens to be a nursing home.Since the new fire codes came out newly constructed building do have to be more fire proof. If in the event of a fire there,most likely it would be contained to the location of the fire. I can't remember the last time that they used a ladder or aerial truck on a residential structure fire.but the last time they used a ladder truck in their OWN district was when a grocery store burnt down last year. if you ask me that was nothing but a waste of money. But since they seem to have plenty of money to waste, it was probably nothing but more that a drop in the bucket for them. they could have bought another tanker truck or two. Those are much more needed than a parade truck for them to collect more trophies with.
