Loudoun is hiring right now. Starting salary is 32K but will be going up to almost 40K by this time next year. Any questions you have about work schedules and things like that can probably be found on their page on TWD. Rumor is they'll be hiring 50-100 a year for the next couple years.

Fairfax too. Although not required, being a Nationally Registered Intermediate or Paramedic increases your chances tremendously.
