One this board has done nothing except been a vehicle for people to hide on here and play lil childish games since the inception of this forum. It is almost like a super market tabloid. Well now it has gotten too far out of hand and I find it to be distasteful in so many ways. If you have a problem with some one, take it to the person, if no resolve take it to the next higher up. There you can follow your proper channels and it leaves the decision to the higher ups to take care of the problem. Coming on here and bashing co workers has done exactly what the person stirring the stuff has wanted to do. Create animosity amongst each other. The following people and my self included have indulged in this behavior and it has made it no better by doing the public call out and stomping a foot as to stand in ready to take on another Buck of the herd. The only way this problem is going to go away is to not subscribe to these persons antics. If it is some one from our shift or our department they are enjoying them selves for some reason. Why no one is really sure because the only thing they are doing is showing the problems and not letting us know what a possible resolution is. This would be making them a part of the problem just as well. I have spoke to a lot of people about the issues of this stuff going on here and the "Airing of our Dirty laundry" to the public. If you guys don't think that anyone else reads this you are very mistaken. We are supposed to professionals as well as adults. This is the time we should be working together to make this department a lil better place, I know I have more than 13 years left so I am in this for the long haul. You guys that have longer to go should start looking at the BIG picture of what’s going on around. Either make it a better place to be or HIT the Road... We just need to stop stabbing each other and cutting one another and that goes out to everyone. This goes from the top to bottom. There are lots of things that I hear people wanting to do around the department. Let’s make them happen and make this a better place for all of us!
