OK Guys and Gals, here is your chance to tell your local officers what you want them to do for you. What you would like to see changed.

For those of you, that won't be able to make the next meeting, due to your R.S.O. breaks or the travel distance, here's your chance to voice your wants and needs.

You know the local officials will see it here, so you won't even have to make a motion. They'll probably whine we can't do that, because nobody made a motion, but they'll get ther general idea what you want of them.

Me, I know what they can do for you, nothing, not a dag-gone-thing, all they can do for you, is just take your money.

But hey that's what I think (or should I say "know"), but I don't have a Horse in this Race any longer.

But that's just me, So come on f-121 members tell them what you want:

twr21techy - Lets here what you want the union/local to do for the Firefighters here.

TireFactory - Let's here some of your great ideas.

F'd UP - I know you have to have some fantastic issues to bring up.

Come on the rest of you, let's here what your wants and desires of this local are.

Come on, don't be Chicken, don't be shy, here's your chance to spout off, let the all mighty local and it's officials know what you what or expect from them.

Unless, you think it's useless to ask them to do anything for you, because you might be finally coming to the realization, they can't do anything for you.

I know it's useless Guys and Gals, because there useless.

I believe there is power in the many, and you don't need this or any other union/local to speak for you. There are plenty of other ways of getting your message across.

Unions did have there place back in the days of working 12 hrs. a day, 72 hrs. week, for $7.00 a week. In conditions that were so dangerous that people were getting killed or injured everyday of every week of every year.

But unions in the Federal Government are a useless waste of time and your money. Were seeing it now, if we have to fight for something, we will have to fight on our own, but together, because nobody's going to help us and it won't cost as much as it's costing you now.

Now some here call me a "SCAB" that's fine, But in reality they are a bunch of "LEACHES" sucking your blood and money out of you, you "there members" and they give you nothing in return.

I can't say this enough, what have they done for you. I want somebody here to tell me what any local/union can do for you, that the JHA, NFPA, NIOSH, or a bunch of other organization can't.

Okay, Guys and Gals, Don't say anything, don't try to put your local on the spot, don't try to make them answer the hard questions. But just think about this, if you here have less than 5 years tenure, you have a chance of losing your job.

So if I were you, I would have some questions for you local leadership, and I use that word leadership very losely.

Becuse from where I stand, they can't lead, they can only follow, and I don't want you to follow them into complacency or the status quo, I want you to think for yourself's.

You will have to make the change, you will have to turn the tables around and take control.

How Baby :D

Nice article in the Capital last week. To bad it was all about the Academy. CBD is part of their district and not one word about them. They are the ones being hardest hit.

Great Union Yea!!!

They should rename the Region Naval Academy Union.

If you think this is sour grapes look at the facts.

Brucy and his busling side kick Snerdly wiggled their way into the positions of power and thus far have controlled everything.

Ask yourself, what input have I really had. Ah, lets think, oh NONE

Imagine That, By design or just dumb Luck. You decide. In the mean time keep those vacation dollars flowing.

ug Baby :D
