Fiance wants to continue education

My fiance Derek wants to continue his education in the fire sciences. We will be moving to PA soon. Any help or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

go to www.umuc.edu they have a fire science program that offers the classes online. I'm currently enrolled in the program and like how convenient the online classes are.

Depending on where in Pa you are moving to you can also check out the program at Montgomery College in Rockville, Md. They have a top notch program, with the majority of the classes taught by active duty Firefighters form Montgomery County Fire/ Rescue. the classes are at night. Not alot of online classes though, so you would have to drive to campus

What will a Associates Degree in Fire Sciences get you, honestly. I don't know too many people that have taken it.

Is itanything like the University of Pittsburgh Bachelors Degree in Emergency Medicine, where you get a Bachelors Degree in Paramedic via the Center for Emergency Medicine of Western PA?
