I recently attended a class where another student had a software package on his PDA called "Bomb Tec". It had pull down menus you could check off device size, explosive type and weight and it gave you damage and evacuation distances based on the ATF tables. Unfortunately he got his copy from someone wirelessly and couldn't provide me any info how or where to obtain a copy. Can anyone provide me any info?

I'm 99% sure it was the PEAC-WMD package. If anyone has a copy they would care to share or sell, please let me know. I'm looking for the windows version rather than the PDA version. Thank for your reply PAEMT.
