Nothing can change that now. Fire-based EMS will stay in D.C. no matter what anyone says or does. 300 or so rookie's jobs depend on that now. EMS only, your side is the side that is going extinct. Perhaps this explains all the anti-firefighter sentiment that is apparent everytime you post on this board?

We are all aware of your "young, misguided and know nothing" opinions of the what you think the capable, good firemen who must ride the ambulance are thinking. Regardless of anything they will do the job with the professionalism it deserves which is unlike what the majority of the civillian servce and there leadership didn't do and thus why we are in this point and time to begin with!

Beside contrary to popular belief the citizens are getting a better service, a more quality service and a faster turnaround on EMS units even if the hospitals are doing there best to be fuck sticks. :D

So the need to hear your drivel over and over again is not necessary.

But since I am a nice guy you may come down when I am working and cry on my shoulder, the men keep plenty of clean towels available and I will buy you a soda pop or cup of Java. ;)
