Good post Mogal, but if they didn't worry about other people then what the hell would they do for the 24hrs they are here. Could someone please give a little more info about CBD closing?
I used to work there. No longer in the Gov't now. I do believe
that the CBD closing is part of the "Killen Plan" from years back.
This plan was brought out by the (infamous) Bill Killen back in the
early 90's. I was at the Indian Head meeting where he first talked
about it. The NDW "takeover" was the first stage of many closings
he had forcast. CBD, Carderock, Dahlgren and Indian Head itself!
The plan is still out there. It just took a while for it to get into
effect.

Hope the guys at CBD don't lose jobs. It'll be a shame to see that
station go. Interesting times there.
