Lost Attachments **FIXED**

I have not been able to correct the lost attachment problem, they are in the database but are not linked to a specific post anymore. This may not be a fixable problem, I will keep you updated and I humbly apologize for losing your hard work.

The good news is that some of the attachments are still there.

Well, after a solid 12 hours of typing away, it looks like all attachments (with the exception of one) have been recovered and re linked to their respective threads.

Attachment count before: 1400
Attachment count after: 22,885

Looks like we lucked out! Thanks for everyones patience.

Good work guys. I oversee one of these forums for the Fairfax County Local and I can only imagine what a pain in the ass it was recovering and matching all the attachments.

I still see quite a few attachments in various forums that are missing. Is the recovery effort still a work in progress, or are they gone for good?

Yea all the pictures from before the reboot are still not back on this (http://www.thewatchdesk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4535) thread.

We were able to restore about 95% of the attachments. After looking a little deeper, we restored somewhere around 25,000 but ended up loosing about 1500. I'm thinking the ones you're mentioning fall into that category.
