How do you post an avatar

I need some help getting an avatar on here; everytime i try and put one up it says its to big. any help would be appreciated.

I need some help getting an avatar on here; everytime i try and put one up it says its to big. any help would be appreciated.If your avatar is larger than 50 by 50 pixels or 9.8 KB , you need to shrink it, if you have a photo program on your computer you can use that to shrink it.

You also need to have 35 posts before the program will allow you to post an avatar. The link to it is in the user cp (a button along the top of the forum)

How about animated avatar's? I had to shrink the one I have which was easy, but haven't been able to get animated one's to work.

Animated avatars would have to be .gif files, they are not as easy to shrink - you may have shrunk it incorrectly.

TO post an avatar you need to have 35 posts then you can go to the user CP and add one there.
