How do you all like the 48/72 Hour Shift? Like I said be truthful about it, and Thanks for the help.

I love it, I feel it is so much better than the 24/24, the 3 days off are great, and it seems like I am off more than at work. Working 48 in a row, not a big deal, and if u do get stuck on OT it is still only for 24 hours, so ya will get 2 days off still instead of 1 like before. The true schedule works like this, 48/72, 48/72, 48/48 then back to the 48/72. working it this way allows you to keep the average of the 144 hr pay period. Each work group has a dedicated day off that u will never work.

Lots of pro's and some con's to this schedule, and yes it is not the 24/48 or the even better 24/72 but it is much better than 24/24 and we did not have to take a pay cut.
