Really, what would or could I say? There is nothing Dr. Phil could do for this poor socially dysfunctional being which is truly sad. Maybe its a case that he could not drive the engine, had to ride the ambo one too many times or even been passed over for promotion once or twice but considers himself and invaluable member even though this could be in question.

Why do these people have bad attitudes, live in delusions of grandure, and believe they have their thumb on the pulse of the fire service? Maybe its just a case of an individual who is suffering a "Napoleon complex".

As far as standing on a soap box goes, hey its a free country and you can do that here in the good ole U.S.A. As for me I also enjoy the freedom to chose to agree or disagree and too ignore it if I wish and that is also my right to do so.
