To Those Who Are Under The Fers System, There Is Little Protection, Those Who Are Under Csrs And Have At Least 20 Years Of Service,, You Can Retire With No Problem, As I See It The Csrs Employees Are Getting Very Few, If You Have At Least 20 Years And At Least 50 Years Old You Will Have No Problem , All Others Who Have Less Than 20 Years And Not At Least 50 Years Old, Yes You May Have A Problem, But If Your That Close To Retirement , Less Than 5 Years ,,,, Chances Are They May Offer You An Early Out So Look Be On The Trees Before You Deside To Get Out, Call Opm Or Go To A Retirment Class, Its Worth It Good Luck.
