Testing Co Lee Cogswell Assoc

I recently took the Stratford test. I believe that they used the testing company Lee Cogswell (not sure if that is spelled correctly). Anyone know of any department that uses the same testing company? I think he used to do a lot of the tests but then he was not on the testing circuit that much. He seems to be resurfacing. Any info would help.

Anyone know if Lee Cogswell Assoc is conducting the New Haven test??
