I did not have to use them. I think they knew better after the vote for the refurbishment that it would of caused serious negative attitudes.....Thank you for the info... Here is something to think about.... There were 19 votes in the "NO". You have got some work to do in the PR dept....... It goes something like this.... Five year plan to start, and I for one, am there to help. Do not push it off anymore !!

Wow. Looks like someone has lots to say. Here is a problem.....While you have been worrying about giving everyone elses son's in the dept gear (and by the way,my son wants some !!), the town had no idea about this truck, i mean was it not brought up that people were wondering if the truck was purchased yet ?? I think this is a major investment for the fire dept, and not having the towns people know about it.... Well shows for itself.

The firehouse was done, and it is over, it by far I have received many people saying it is a nice firehouse, and IT IS !!! If we keep living on things in the past, and not moving on, makes me think why now I know we have equipment that is 100 years old, and nothing is updated....

yes, I run my mouth, and I plan on doing something about it... Now how many people do you know that run their mouth and I will try to change things..... ?? That is bullshit....I've given,encourage, delegated alot of responsibilities out to officers over time. Some did exceptionaly well...some didnt...some I can to trust and hardly ever questioned...Some went right off the tracks...We'll see how you do soon enough... :cool:

No bullshit here......let me ask you this...... Why do you still do ambulance billing, NFIRS, truck committee chairman, Comed Night Chairmen, NAPA parts ordering person,and the list goes on....... All of this because you delegate ? OR are these positions you have to do because nobody else is around to do them ? Think about getting rid of the deadweight first, then get back to me.

First order of business --- Buying new gear for my son.

By the way, the wife is joining the FD. She stated that she needs to become a "voting" member. After how I came home last monday night she states and I quote " I need to vote someone responsible into the positions" -- Like you said , You can handle it from here... you have my home nu :rolleyes: mber !!

I've always done ambulance billing...would like to pass that on...always done NFIRS...will pass that on...not on the truck committee but have conversed with the chairperson and directed communications to him/them....chief engineer orders from napa along with others to get stuff fixed in a timely matter...and the list goes on....with all your bitchn it just got brought to my attention that NOBODY has seen you clean/sweep/wash/ at any time...way to go to get support for your dreams....
I am glad to hear your better half is joining....she can supervise you better when you try and hang out with the big dogs.....and make sure you get home Ok.....

Oh, I do my share of cleaning and sweeping But why should I keep doing it. It seems that you have no control of your people down there and let them just make a mess right behind where people clean up...... And nothing is done again........ This is like a broken record, everything just keeps happening over and over again, when are things going to change ? You say there are changes coming.... But when.

Oh by the way, you sure acted like you were the chairperson of all of those committees. Maybe if you let your committees work, they will work for you, and not have to worry about what your next move is without their permission.

Sorry Dad if I come off like that........ I just have high expectations for myself,I like to keep self esteem high, and everyones interest !! Things need to change to keep everyones interest, doing the same thing over and over again, gets boring...... Change it up a little will ya ? Maybe elections might just do that !!
