That would be the rumor from Bldg 200 at WNY. It is part of
the Killen-Stillwell Plan that was put into motion a few years
ago. Also some more manpower cuts coming (this is called a
"RIF" guys). Of course NO management positions will go away,
just be "rebadged" and reassigned. Doing MORE with LESS.
