I interviewed a couple weeks ago for the firefighter position and now anxiously awaiting to hear something positive. Just keeping those fingers crossed for now, Good luck to everyone who applied.

On Monday 7 more firefighters were interviewed and on wednesday 8 to 12 were in for the chiefs job. Bruce Smith 'Deputy Chief' was not on of them. I hope you get your call soon and a new chief is comming.

Screw everyone else just worry about yourself, personally I would shoot you down for the job as not having the fortude to say hey, I am the best for the job and better than the others. Just showing you do not wanting the job bad enough....

Poor Bruce and Willie, bet it had something to do with the big blaze?

So how is Rouvet working out? He was the chief at Hurlburt Field in the Florida Panahandle for 2 years before he went up there. Seemed like a pretty decent guy.
