Fire modeling data on pinched extension / power cords

Can anyone provide any URLs or references for fire modeling regarding pinched electrical cords, especially related to exertion pressure needed to cause insulation failure? There don't seem to be any direct references in texts I have looked through, and Googling it has come up empty.

I am unaware of any modelling for this situation.
