IAFF Decals

Can someone clear something up for me? Is there a meaning (implied or otherwise) behind the different color IAFF window decals....I.E. the red sticker with black boarders, the gold sticker with red boarder, the green sticker with black boarders (someone said they thought it was for funerals), the black sticker with the orange boarders green sticker with the yellow boarder (looks like a john deere thing)......etc.

The color means nothing Just prefreance. The retired decal has retired printed on it.
