It was me who deleted the thread, feel free to start another one of the same name. just stay on topic. I had complaints from members who were not involved in the conversation. Gear is sitting at the door. Tired of this shit, tired of dealing with Napa parts for our trucks, tired of hearing I want to be a officer but dot not show up. Tired of the who cares attitude, tired of people spitting on the floors, tired of people not taking the trash out, tired of you not doing anything because you are afraid to offend people, tired of not able to run a crew of three on the ambo (put as many as you can in there), tired of people stealing shit out of the trucks (water etc), just plain tired of the top of the line sitting back and worrying about what the town halls next move is...... And the number one reason..... I am tired of seeing all of the kiss asses try to smooch their way into positions !!

WHo do I address this to ? If I give it to the president it will be effective a year from now before he gets to it, and If I give it to the chief, it may take hom 10 months to uncover it with everything else on his desk.

When it comes down to it, members respect the white hat first...he's the man down there, the one they look to for leadership. The president is only the jerk who tries to inforce rules, as silly as unpermitted parking in a handicap parking spot may be. This person must be from another department, because, in your eyes, your homegrown boys aren't worth a damn. Well, that is, unless they haven't been around in the last 12 months. The less a member's there, the better they get.

So if those that are "unhappy"...come up with your own list
