Recently I tried to save the reports as a .PDF file. For some reason reports are not saving properly and the program becomes "not responding."
I was previously able to save reports into .PDF files.
I contacted Firehouse Software, but since our technical support is not current, I did not get much help. However, the support representative did mention that the newer Adobe Acrobat updates may have caused this problem.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Furthermore, if you have, do you have any solutions or fixes?
