When I go into the Florida area, it says I can not post new threads, post replies etc... Why is that?

In the whole Florida area, or in a specific area within in Florida? Everything looks fine from this end.

In the whole florida area. When I open the main Florida area it says the following in the little box at the bottom that is titled "Posxting Rules"

You may not post new threads
You may not post replies
You may not post attachments
You may edit your posts

I was just going to start a thread and post the LODD that occurred here on Tuesday.

In the Florida Forum (where the SUBFORUMS for each locale are) there is no posting, you would need to open one of the areas and start the thread.
