So far a ton of towns in the area are buying new rigs:
Oldsaybrook- Pierce velocity Heavy Rescue
Clinton- Crimson pumper
chester- Rosenbauer rescue pumper
Essex- Crimson hose tender
South District- took delivery of a spartan pumper
Deep River- Finishing the bid process for a new Heavy Rescue
Westbrook- new safe boat close to delivery
other mutual aid towns such as guilford with a new pierce Arrow XT Heavy Rescue on order, and Old Lyme with a ferrara Hose Tender are also spending some serious cash.
