a bunch of people asked if i could post these on here so here they are. Hopefully i emailed everyone back who requested, I send out about 20, so hopefully i got everyone. yessir, i will be recording again come late august, early september. im out of town for a while, but when i come back ill set everything back up and have the radios recording 24/7. sorry for the void, but it will be back again.

i added a tape from the todd place fire back in 1976, #17-#29 Todd Pl NE, 04/16/76 Box 625 @ 20:28 Hrs, 4 Alarms. its from a very old tape, the volume is low so turn up your speakers to hear it.

p.s. anyone have any pictures of this available on theyre computers? im sure theres a bunch hanging up in firehouses, or in private collections, etc. but i mean a pic scanned into a cpu as a file?

That Todd Pl. tape is great. The dispatchers in those days really had their stuff together.
Was that recorded from a scanner? I heard some Baltimore City traffic early on.

Yet it was, recorded from a scanner to a tape recorder.

i was wondering what that was in the beginning. glad you enjoyed it. hopefully in the near future ill put up some more old tapes.
