Passing Of Asst. Chief

Shortly after 3pm today we were informed that Retired Asst. Chief Beto Rowe had passed. He had suffered a stroke and was in Southern Md Hospital.

Sorry I dont have any other details.

Once the family makes the arrangements I will post them as soon as I can.
