At this time, the Central Maryland FOOLS will not be hosting an official event this year during the Firehouse Expo in Baltimore. We would like to pass the word that our official band "The Giants of Science" will be playing at the Power Plant Live complex during the Expo.

July 24th, 2008 (Thursday night)
Time - Begins at 7:30 p.m.
Location - Power Plant Live, Baltimore

Come out and enjoy the show and see some old faces from the previous years!

Yeah, the chapter is still there. At this point I would say its non active. We have alot of card carrying members :)

It was going in the right direction with the last few HOT classes and Fire Expo benefits but it was too hard with the same 4 guys doing everything. The chapter could easily turn around if a handfull of members become active.

The historic "FOOLS Thursday" during firehouse expo should have alot of faces at the Power Plant July 24th. Stop by. The band we used a few years ago are back thanks to the Power Plant. They should have some specials that evening, etc. The band puts on a great show.

We'll have a crowd there on Thursday night. Cheers.

ACCORDING TO THE POWER PLANT, $1.00 for every Hook N Ladder beer sold will be donated to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

JULY 24 - Thursday night
7:30 to close
Power Plant Live , Baltimore
Live music by THE GIANTS OF SCIENCE (80's)

After the show, the Power Plant will have events inside the old "LODGE" with bikini contest, etc all inside.
