Singerly Fire Co. in elkton just put an ad in the paper today for a dayshift (4 on 4 off) 12 hr shifts. Also, hiring a night shift person, I believe it is a 8 hr. shift. min. qual. are Md. emt-b (or equivalent) FF2 cert. and cdl class B license.. the newspaper is the cecil whig in elkton.their website is www.cecilwhig.com. If you dont mind a little travel , Anne Arundel County is about to hire a bunch.... Right now the shifts are 24/48 but in 2007 they are going 24/72 which is the reason for the BIG hire push....
