it works well. Frequent abusers of 911 call ever single day and night and we send 2 engines, a truck, and an ambulance to go pick them up and take them to the hospital.

What we really need is a big mount on the front of the ambulance to transport the wheelchairs that are unsafe to carry in the patient compartment with the patient and the crew member.
