How come when complaints are made NOTHING is done?

How come when a complaint ius made nothing is done....complaining about harassment, cussing and thge use of quotes that do nothing but start trouble nothing is done......don`t believe me ...look at the quotes thread on here and see where Billy bubba tries to bait me int oan aerguement
