I will not argue the point about the bargaining unit.

When I was called by Steve Shepherd, I immediately called all of the old timers that had not retired yet or ones that I still had current phone numbers and/or email addresses for and told everybody to try to get ahold of anybody else they could reach or remember who was here when Neil worked here. Lets see, I called or emailed Ricky Kidwell, John McDonald, Rick Martin (already knew), Joe Gordon, Charlie Shaw, Larry Hale, Ed Stillwell, Doug tonstad, Dave Blank, Carl Hultin, Joe Piepoli, Big Dog and alot of others that slip my mind right now and others said they were contacting others they knew.
Again, the union missed the ball big time however we all tend to drift away from each other after we retire and maybe some would like that, but I personally would like to stay in contact with others or at least be able to contact them in the event of such as Neils death.
