Yes, I am , as of today still Chief. However I have been placed on administrative leave pending a decision as to my security clearance. I am expecting this decision any day now. If the decision does not come back in my favor then I will no longer be the Fire Chief.

he will almost definitely support running off site calls. he is big in supporting not only his own but also the surrounding jurisdictions. good luck to him.

i'm sure he can handle it. in talking with one of your firefighter there, it is going to be a job for him. but i think he can handle it fine
