How do I subscribe to a Forum?

Subscribe by selecting the "go advanced" reply option then scroll down to "subscription Options" and select your choice, you will then be notified of new posts by the method you chose.

How can I change the words Registered User to whatever I want?

You can change that in the user CP as well when you have 35 or so posts
