I don't mean to demean the FEMSA, but this stab at trying to reduce their liability and shift the responsibility to us is ridiculous. If they make good, solid equipment, that fuctions as it is supposed to, can be easily maintained, and is affordable then they wouldn't need this.
If the people we are bringing into the service are this stupid we have no future at all.

It's just the general disclaimer so prevalant in today's society of litigation over anything. There everywhere! When juries award millions of dollars in damages to you because the cup of coffee you bought was hot and you stupidly burned yourself, anything is possible.

It's the lawyers that are determining how the Fire service should be operated !!! Send ALL of the lawyers on the first manned flight to Mars ( with or without oxygen ) and then things will work out for themselves. Does ANYONE realize how much money is wasted due to bullshit that lawyers come up with ???
I had a lawyer tell me not to drill 2 holes in my helmet to install Bourque shields because it will void the integrity of the helmet...in turn void the warranty !!!! What the F*CK ??!!
