Postng an Announcement on all forums

I am interested in posting an announcement on all the forums. Please advise as to the correct way to go about doing this. I would like the following information to be included in it:

Deal Island/Chance Vol. Fire Dept. (Somerset County MD) is holding several raffles to raise funds to help support the community it serves and also celebrate its 50th anniversary!

Available is a 50th anniversary commemorative handmade quilt (made by the ladies auxillary) featuring all the names of the charter members. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Drawing to be held Sept 26, 2004. To purchase, please PM emtgirl_sta4.
