It is with great regret that we announce the passing of retired Captain Michael D. Pittinger. Mike passed away at home on Wednesday evening at 2000 hours with his family by his side. Details of arrangements will be posted when completed and will be in the Charlestown West Virginia area. Please keep the Pittinger family in your thoughts and prayers.
