Paramedic Engines

Is there any bases out there that have paramedic engines? Our department doesn't have a medic unit, but the county that we use for mutal aid often has 1 or 2 available for calls out of 10.

Ft. Belvoir, VA currently staffs 3 engines and 1 truck per shift. All staffed units are ALS.

yes we staff not only 3 engines and a ladder with ALS but the ARFF unit at the airfield is also ALS staffed. We open a new station in Aug and those units will also be ALS staffed.

Thanks for the replies. I might have to make a trip down the road to see you guys and talk to you about how you got it done. I'm trying to figure out a way to get at least to an 8 so I can get steps again.
