Budget Crisis ??????

With a tax base the city has not seen in decades, How in the hell are we in a budget crisis??? Could it be, Million $$ parks, playgrounds, fountains, dog parks, bike lanes, granite curbs, mosaic sewer lids, paver sidewalks, speed bumps and liberal yuppies who think they are entitled to all this?.
Lord knows Rubin didn't help with his out of control spending, but the city needs to stop spending money on frivolous BS.

Don't forget the bike lanes on PA Ave that were installed to a ridiculous width and then had to be completely redone, including grinding the paint lines off the pavement for something like twelve blocks!
