I was watching the Oversight hearing with CM Phil and the OUC, and was embarrassed to watch as a DC resident the simple question that he (Phil) was asking the Direfctor and his only response was I'll have to get back with you on that also. The Director, while I feel bad for the guy, was sitting with I guess his right hand people. The guy did as good as he could, but the lady with the big eyes, was worthless. She never attempted to assit the Director ( she might be way over her head), with answering any questions that he was to answer. She needs to be put back on welfare and we will just have to foot the bill. If they operate that center in the way that they responded to the questions, then all DC residents, workers are in trouble. Mr. Mayor, if you happen to come acroos this site, please put the Firefighters back in command of that place. Let Ms. Big Eyes, stay as a patient at St. E's.
