Aerial Tower 754 @ Fort Detrick

Is the Walter Reed FD Tower 754 no longer going to the Annex Station? I see that it is being stored outside in some remote parking lot at Fort Detrick and was wondering if there was any plans for it either for the Fort Detrick or Walter Reed FD?
