Have'nt we learned from anything?????
We all knew that the great Captain was up to his old tricks again, by charging big bucks to be in his "Study Group", holding "secret meetings in firehouses, and even moving firetrucks out in the rain to make room for his pledges to study the answer keys.
But now word around the Fire Prevention office is that the is moving some of the general funds into the pockets of the baboons at DCOP!!! Wonder what that is for???? Hmmmm!!! :confused:
