Well, here I go again with many questions…
#1 As far as the Navy is concerned, which document supercedes the other, or are they both on the same plain? The DODI 6055.6 or the OPNAVINST 11320.
#2 In DODI 6055 they mention management levels for the number of companies (think in enclosure 3). Does ARFF count as a company? We have two engines and an airfield, so does that make three companies?
#3 Is the DODI 6055.6, October 10, 2000 version the newest version? Is there a rewrite in progress?
