Andrews is going through a major overhall , the military Fire Chief is doing away with the Crew Chiefs positions, reducing 6 crew chief positions to drivers operatiors ,

They want military control so they are taking way the Station Chief GS 9, ( RIF time ) postions and puting military in place,

The Asst Chiefs are not be promoted to GS-11 they will be GS 10 , Fire Prevention Chief is a GS 10 , NOT GOING TO A 11, THE Asst Chief HAS-MAT /SAFETY OFFICER IS A GS 10 IS NOT GOING TO A 11 may be reduce to a 9,

This is the result of the new OPM Fire Fighters Standards put out by opm.

The Fire Chief position is a GS 13 , it may be look at and put back as GS 12 WOW ,

This what you call a royal screwing all the way around, and OPM FIRE FIGHTERS STANDARDS WAS TO BE in the best interest for the federal firefighters WOW

Hey DOPE, yeah I am so proud of my DOGG! Hes really great, you know he tought me all I needed when it comes to the fire service! He is such an honest person, and he never pulls the "race card" to get his way! But you know what, who gives a shit about any of them ass monkies, thats the way ther are and nothing will change them! All I know is that all the good guys at Andrews will be catching the fire when the new Staff Sergeant pussies out because its too hot! Firestrike, they are referring to a particular incident where one of the higher ranking military members, was the ic and asked "what is the smoke density level on a scale of 1-10 how thick was the smoke". must be a new technic they teach in officer III or something.
