I've read on firehouse.com about the DC/PG/VA Serial arsonist. Does anyone know what the deal is? What is he doing, and what is being done to catch him?

Funny you should ask that question. A certain BFC down at Fire Prevention has suggested in a memo, that companies coming from med locals in the middle of the night, should circle a couple of blocks in the neighborhoods to keep a look out for the suspect.
