Rumer has it that starting Monday DFC Rudder will be taking over SO, Sellotto will be burning his leave, Also BCF Jeffery might be going to SO and SO Will be getting an EMS unit along with Tower 3

SO has 3 EMS units, RR12, RR13 and M15. They also "own" the Freightliner that's rusting in the lot at 12 Engine.
