There was a time in the not so distant past that 49 did not have an engine. 10 burned plenty of buildings to the ground. 14015 Bramble Ln, Irish pub, and Dove Circle just to name a few. But so has every other department in the county. so what is your point?
when the "new wave era " of firefighters in this county understand building constrution or read Brannigans book on "building construction for the fire service". and then the county and the state need to understand that 2 pieces of 5/8" drywall does not make a firewall. because when you punch holes in it and run wires through it , it becomes a non-fire resistant substance.
Brannigan's book may be old, but it still holds alot of good common sense knowledge that can be used today, if you have an open mind.

East Bound Rt50 prior to the Air Port, A moving Company box truck went over the jersey wall and overturned into the West Bound lanes of Rt50, The driver
was transported to a local trauma center.
